END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and ZOIHUB LLC ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our") regarding your use of the Chessmax mobile application ("Application"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Application.

1. LICENSE GRANT

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

2. RESTRICTIONS

You agree not to:

• Modify, copy, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of the Application.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
• Use cheats, automation software (bots), mods, or any unauthorized third-party tools.
• Exploit any bugs or vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantages.
• Use the Application for unlawful or prohibited activities.
• Interfere with or disrupt the proper functioning of the Application or its servers.

3. OWNERSHIP

All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Application, including but not limited to its software, design, graphics, text, sounds, and trademarks, are owned and controlled by ZOIHUB LLC and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4. IN-GAME CURRENCY AND VIRTUAL ITEMS

Chessmax may include virtual items, tokens, or in-game currency ("Virtual Assets"). These Virtual Assets have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or other items outside the Application. The Company reserves the right to modify, limit, or remove any Virtual Assets at any time without notice.

5. PRIVACY POLICY

Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be accessed at https://chessmax.com/privacy-policy. By using the Application, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

6. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time, without notice, if:

• You violate this Agreement or any applicable law;
• You engage in cheating, abuse, or misconduct;
• The Application is discontinued or becomes unavailable.

Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under this Agreement will immediately cease.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Application will operate uninterrupted or error-free;
• Defects will be corrected;
• The Application or the servers are free of viruses or harmful components.

You use the Application at your own risk.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZOIHUB LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Application, including loss of data, revenue, or profits.

9. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Any such changes will take effect immediately upon posting within the Application or on our website. Continued use of the Application after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
